1. General Provisions

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by GG ECOM, doing business as GGEcom.co (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, GG Ecom Platform Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific programs, services, or sections of the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Online Purchases and Subscriptions

Usage Requirements

By making a purchase on the Site, you automatically confirm your agreement with the GG Ecom Platform Policy and all internal Company regulations.
Subscriptions are renewed after prior notification from the group manager via Telegram or email.
All purchases are strictly for individual use only. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without prior notice.

Any attempt to resell materials, transfer accounts, bypass restrictions, manipulate access, or engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity will be considered a serious violation of Company rules. In such cases, GG Ecom reserves the right to:

Immediately restrict or permanently revoke access to products and community spaces;
Limit or terminate the participant’s interaction with the group;
Initiate legal proceedings;
Seek financial compensation in an amount determined by GG Ecom, proportionate to the damages caused by the violation.

Call Sessions (Consultation Access)

Each participant is entitled to one (1) call freeze opportunity for a period of up to one (1) month during their subscription term.
After the freeze period ends, any unused days remaining within the original subscription period will continue counting down and will expire upon completion of the subscription term. Unused days are not carried forward beyond the original subscription period.

For the freeze to be valid, the participant must notify Manager Ksenia or the assigned Curators in advance. If no prior notification is provided, the subscription days will continue to be deducted without interruption and will not be restored.

Shopify Payments Services

When purchasing Shopify Payments or Shopify Payments with Bank Card services, a separate contract will be concluded between GG Ecom and the participant.

Under this contract, the participant agrees to use the provided integration strictly for the purposes specified in the agreement.
In case of intentional misuse, interference, circumvention, or actions contradicting the contractual obligations, GG Ecom reserves the right to:

Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the participant’s access to the purchased service;
Fully suspend the participant’s activity within the Company ecosystem;
Initiate legal proceedings;
Seek financial compensation for any damages incurred.

Invoice Purchases

By completing a purchase via Invoice, the participant automatically confirms acceptance of all policies and terms published on the Site.

3. Promotions, Giveaways, and Contests

The Company may conduct promotions, giveaways, or other promotional activities from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion will be announced separately.

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older, or minors with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.

Winners are selected randomly or in accordance with the rules announced for the specific promotion.
If a prize involves travel, the Company will only cover the expenses explicitly stated at the time of the award. All other costs remain the responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Company may use their name, image, and related materials for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Participation in promotions or giveaways is not part of the core product offering and does not constitute a contractual obligation of the Company.

4. Community Guidelines

The Company may host private groups, chats, or other internal communication platforms.

Participants are required to maintain respectful and professional conduct. Offensive behavior, misinformation, harassment, spam, disruptive conduct, or any activity that undermines the community environment is strictly prohibited.

Violation of community rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community without refund.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site, products, and services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Site or its products.

All materials provided are for educational purposes only. The Company does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Users are encouraged to consult licensed professionals before making significant financial or business decisions.

6. Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain proper account security.
